This tour will “overlap” in Paris with Model Secondary School for the Deaf. Explore two of Europe’s grandest cities, Paris and London. In both cities we learn about the rich culture and histories of France and England.

APRIL 3
Depart for Paris, arriving the next morning.
APRIL 4
Arrival in Paris and have the morning/early afternoon to rest. In the afternoon we have an orientation/icebreaker with MSSD group and in the evening we take an introductory walk around Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur Church. Have a group dinner nearby. Stay in Paris for 5 nights. D
APRIL 5
We visit the St. Jacques Deaf School (INJS) where Clerc, Sicard and Massieu came from. Possible interaction with students and introductory French Sign Language class. In the afternoon, visit the Catacombs. After dinner, take an evening cruise on the Seine River. B, D
APRIL 6
We take a morning tour of the Ile de la Cite’, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle with a deaf guide. After lunch we visit the masterpieces of the world-famous Louvre Museum. After dinner we go up the Arc de Triomphe. B, D
APRIL 7
Spend all day visiting Versailles, including the lavish royal chateau and the vast gardens. Return to Paris and go up the Eiffel Tower. B, D
APRIL 8
All day we go to Euro Disneyland near Paris for a day of fun and amusement! B
APRIL 9
Transfer by train to London via the Chunnel. Afternoon orientation walk around Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, and Trafalgar Square. Sleep in London for 4 nights. B, D
APRIL 10
Visit the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Afternoon visit to the Arsenal soccer stadium for a stadium and museum tour. B, D
APRIL 11
Take a whole day trip out of London to visit the mystical site of Stonehenge and the royal castle of Windsor in a private bus. B
APRIL 12
Take a day trip to the Harry Potter studios. Farewell dinner. B, D
APRIL 13
Transfer to airport for your departure back to USA. B
