Visit Mary Queen of Scots’ chamber in Holyrood Palace. See statues of William Wallace and Robert Bruce gracing the entrance to Edinburgh Castle. Visit England’s most famous kings and queens’ tombs at Westminster Abbey and Windsor Castle.

DAY 1 - 5

DAY 1 - Arrival at Dublin airport. Transfer independently to your hotel in Dublin. Explore Dublin with a deaf local guide, walking along O'Connell Street across the River Liffey down to St. Stephen's Green, Trinity College, and the Book of Kells exhibition. Have a group welcome dinner. Stay in Dublin for 2 nights.

DAY 2 - Take a walk around Dublin with a deaf local guide, visiting Dublin Castle, Kilmanhain Gaol, and Guinness Brewhouse along with free time for shopping on Grafton Street.

DAY 3 - Depart for Belfast in Northern Ireland. Learn more about the Troubles between Catholics and Protestants with a deaf local native of Belfast who experienced them firsthand. Continue on to Portrush. Stay in Portrush for 2 nights.

DAY 4 - Take a pleasant drive along the Antrim Coast to visit the Bushmills Distillery, Giants' Causeway, and Dunluce Castle.

DAY 5 - Depart for Londonderry to visit the historic city located on the edge of the Northern Ireland/Ireland border, including the Tower Museum and the Free Derry Museum. In addition, walk around Falls Road to see the powerful murals and learn more about the Troubles. Overnight in Londonderry.

DAY 6 - 10

DAY 6 - Possible side trip to Glenveagh National Park in the morning. Take a long drive down to the Connemara countryside, passing through the tranquil countryside of Donegal and Sligo. Visit Yeats’ grave and Cong Abbey. Overnight in Clifden.

DAY 7 - Take a driving tour of the Connemara Peninsula, including the Twelve Bens, Kylemore Abbey, and Omey Island. Overnight in Shannon.

DAY 8 - Drive to the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher. In the afternoon transfer to Shannon Airport to catch our flight for Edinburgh. Stay in Edinburgh for 3 nights.

DAY 9 - Visit Holyroodhouse in the morning, followed by the Scottish Parliament and Edinburgh New Town walk. Optional deaf social gathering in the evening.

DAY 10 - Take a guided walk along the Royal Mile, starting at Edinburgh Castle and continuing down to St. Giles’ Cathedral and Greyfriars Kirk. Optional afternoon visit to HMS Britannia ship.

DAY 11 - 15

DAY 11 - Drive to Inverness, stopping by Pitlochry. Overnight in Inverness.

DAY 12 - Drive on Loch Ness towards the Caledonian Canal, Fort Augustus, Fort William, and Glencoe, before arriving in Oban. Stay in Oban for 2 nights.

DAY 13 - Tour the islands of Mull and Iona and explore the surroundings of Oban.

DAY 14 - Go to Glasgow for a tour of the city, and then continue on to sleep near Hadrian’s Wall for one night.

DAY 15 - Tour Hadrian’s Wall and continue on to York. Overnight in York.

DAY 16 - 20

DAY 16 - Drive briefly to Manchester and then continue on to Liverpool to visit the Beatles Story Museum, Royal Albert Dock and the Cavern Pub. Overnight in Liverpool.

DAY 17 - Go to Stratford-upon-Avon to see Shakespeare’s birthplace and continue on to Bath to visit the Roman Baths. Overnight near Bath.

DAY 18 - Visit Stonehenge and Windsor Castle on the way to London. Stay in London for 4 nights.

DAY 19 - Get oriented in London by walking through the heart of the city, including Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, and the London Eye.

DAY 20 - Visit the Tower of London and Tower Bridge in the morning, then walk through the Southwark/Borough district by the river to see the Borough Market, Tate Modern, and Shakespeare’s Globe.

DAY 21-22

DAY 21 - Go to see the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Afterwards, visit the world famous British Museum. Late afternoon free to shop and prepare for departure.

DAY 22 - Transfer to the airport for your next destination.
