About The Tour

This tour will cover the best of both Ireland and Scotland, including a tour around the Emerald Island of Ireland and exploring the beautiful city of Edinburgh and surroundings.


$3,550 USD per person/double occupancy (for a group of 8 persons).

$500 USD deposit per person is required to reserve space on a first come, first serve basis.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 90 days before the first day of the tour.

This tour begins in Dublin, Ireland and ends in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Depart from your hometown for Ireland.

SEPT 4 • • •
Arrival at Dublin airport. Transfer independently to your hotel in Dublin. Explore Dublin with a deaf local guide, walking along O’Connell Street across the River Liffey down to St. Stephen’s Green, Trinity College, and the Book of Kells exhibition. Have a group welcome dinner. Sleep in Dublin for 2 nights.

Take a walk around Dublin with a deaf local guide, visiting Dublin Castle, Kilmanhain Gaol, and Guinness Brewhouse along with free time for shopping on Grafton Street.

SEPT 6 • • •
Depart for Belfast in Northern Ireland. Learn more about the Troubles between Catholics and Protestants with a deaf local native of Belfast who experienced them firsthand. Continue on to Portrush. Stay in Portrush for 2 nights.

SEPT 7 • • •
Take a pleasant drive along the Antrim Coast to visit the Bushmills Distillery, Giants’ Causeway, and Dunluce Castle.

SEPT 8 • • •
Depart for Londonderry to visit the historic city located on the edge of the Northern Ireland/Ireland border, including the Tower Museum and the Free Derry Museum. In addition, walk around Falls Road to see the powerful murals and learn more about the Troubles. Stay in Londonderry for 1 night.

SEPT 9 • • •
Take a long drive down to the Connemara countryside, passing through the tranquil countryside of Donegal and Sligo. Visit Yeats’ grave and Cong Abbey. Stop at the tranquil harbour town of Clifden. Sleep in Clifden for 2 nights.

SEPT 10 • • •
Take a driving tour of the Connemara Peninsula, including the Twelve Bens, Kylemore Abbey, and Omey Island.

SEPT 11 • • •
Drive through Galway and then the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher. In the afternoon transfer to Shannon Airport where we stay the night. Stay 1 night at Shannon Airport.

SEPT 12 • • •
Fly from Shannon to Edinburgh and transfer to our hotel. In the afternoon we take an orientation walk around the New Town of Edinburgh with a local deaf guide. Stay in Edinburgh for 2 nights.

SEPT 13 • • •
Take a guided walk along the Royal Mile, starting at Edinburgh Castle and continuing down to St. Giles’ Cathedral and ending at the Holyrood Palace.

SEPT 14 • • •
Drive to Glasgow for a brief tour of the city, then move on to Oban. Sleep in Oban for 2 nights.

SEPT 15 • • •
Tour the islands of Mull and Iona and explore the surroundings of Oban.

SEPT 16 • • •
Drive north in the morning towards Glencoe, Fort William, and the Caledonian Canal to Inverness, stopping by Fort Augustus and Loch Ness. Sleep in Inverness for 1 night.

SEPT 17 • • •
Return to Edinburgh, stopping by Pitlochry and St. Andrews. Have a group farewell dinner. Sleep near Edinburgh airport for 1 night.

SEPT 18 • • •
Transfer to Edinburgh airport for flight back to your hometown.
