WINTER JAPAN 2026

This winter, we launched a brand-new Japan itinerary—and what an incredible first run it was. From the energy of Tokyo’s temples, markets, and neon-lit streets to the serenity of snow-covered mountains in Nagano, the journey balanced modern Japan with deep tradition. Highlights included meeting snow monkeys at Jigokudani, exploring Kanazawa’s exquisite gardens and historic villages, and immersing ourselves in Kyoto’s timeless beauty. We stood beneath thousands of torii gates, met bowing deer in Nara, soaked in hot springs with views of Mount Fuji, and shared memorable meals along the way—including a warm welcome dinner at a deaf-owned restaurant. A thoughtfully paced, unforgettable introduction to Japan, made even better by a fantastic group of travelers.
