Please note if driving small vans, there will be a daily $50 parking fee at the hotel, which will be the school's responsibility and will be added to the invoice. If using a school bus, please let Melinda know as soon as possible to make other arrangements. If flying, please make every effort to fly into Washington Ronald Reagan National Airport - airport code is DCA)

The museums above require timed ticket access. If you are wanting to visit the American History Museum or the Natural History Museum, those museums can be visited at any time - no tickets needed. Every effort will be made to honor your first choice. New change for 2026: Museum Day will be on Thursday instead of Monday.
